The Moon was a target for a UIT Guest Investigator project. Three pointings were made, and WUPPE obtained polarimetry during all of them: at the edge of Mare Imbrium near the Straight Range, about midway between Copernicus-C and Copernicus-B, and near the edge of Mare Serenitatis near Posidonius-C. The WUPPE data go to wavelengths as short as about 1800 Angstroms, and are the first ever to go below 2400. Analysis of the WUPPE data allow determination of which scattering process is dominant in which spectral range in the UV.
